The counsellor will play a key role in guiding students and parents on Aakash programs (Medical, Engineering, Foundation) and converting inquiries into admissions. Key Responsibilities: Counsel walk-in and telephonic inquiries for AESL courses (NEET, JEE, Foundation). Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs accordingly. Provide detailed information about course content, fees, schedule, and outcomes. Assist students in the enrolment process and ensure complete documentation. Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure timely conversion. Coordinate with the academic and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding. Participate in seminars, school visits, and marketing campaigns as needed. Maintain and update lead records in the internal system (CRM/SIS).
